(NEW) No Down Payment Program for FHA Loans

Chenoa Fund loans allow home  buyers to borrow the required down payment for an FHA insured loan. Home buyers can purchase homes with FHA financing with little or no cash investment through CBC Mortgage Agency.

Down Payment Assistance Second Mortgage

An eligible homebuyer can obtain a second mortgage for the down payment required for the primary FHA loan. The second mortgage is a fixed-rate mortgage that can have a maturity of 5 or 30 years.

FHA Down Payment Requirement

FHA loans require a 3.5% down payment. As an example, on a home appraised and selling for $150,000, the required down payment would be $5,250.00. The entire amount of the down payment is available from Chenoa Fund.
